This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (the “Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority intends to engage a single prime general/plumbing contractor, for plumbing repairs at Parkade on 8th, 801 Filbert Street and Independence Mall Garage, 41 N. 6th Street.

Interested bidders must register by filling out the Bidder Registration Form.

Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM via GoTo Meeting using the meeting information below.
