RFP No. 20-04 On-Call Digital Content Creation Services

ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING IS NO LONGER A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SOLICITATION.

This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.

The Authority is soliciting written proposals from qualified digital content contractors (“Offeror”) to manage the content creation process from
concept, to draft, to revisions, to delivery of final product. Additionally, the Authority may seek professional consultation regarding social media ad placement, social media engagement, strategy and success metrics.
