RFP No. 19-10 Parking Access and Revenue Control Equipment – Center City Garages
This opportunity is being issued by the Parking Authority (“Authority”), a body corporate and politic created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, known as the “Parking Authority Law”.
The Authority is soliciting written proposals from qualified Offerors for the procurement of Parking Access and Revenue Control Equipment for Center City Garages for the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and site visit will be held in the offices of the Authority, 701 Market Street, Suite 5400, Philadelphia, PA 19106 on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 9:00 AM. Offerors must be in attendance at this meeting in order to be considered an eligible Offeror. No more than 2 representatives from one Prospective Offeror can attend the site visit. The pre-proposal meeting and site visit may last up to two hours. Please plan accordingly.
